During Yu the Great's flood control efforts, five-colored stone remnants from the goddess Nuwa's heaven-mending were discovered at the northern foot of the Kunlun Mountains—green as the sky, red like dawn clouds, and yellow like golden rice fields. An artisan from the Western Regions gathered these stones, complemented them with pearls from the East Sea and golden granules from the southern mountains, and crafted a double-loop structure based on the principle of "round heaven and square earth." The golden beads conceal micro-engravings of the Hetu and Luoshu, visible only under magnification.

Turquoise stabilizes the Wood element of the east (vitality), pearls moisten the Metal element of the west (refinement), red crystals ignite the Fire element of the south (breaking misfortunes), yellow crystals nurture the Earth element of the center (harmony), and golden beads channel the Water element of the north (flow). When wearing, align the yellow crystal with the base of the middle finger. At dawn, hold the double loops facing east to absorb the morning light. Avoid wearing with obsidian or black jade to prevent disruption of the Five Elements' balance.
